On 28th of September, I was a speaker at the 𝗟𝘂𝘅𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 in Milan by talking of how the image has always had a crucial role in luxury communication in the past and nowadays, and how we need to manage to communicate the essence of our DNA to the discerning guest.
Images in digital communication for luxury hospitality should not just show the physical object, but rather emotions, and atmosphere. It is all about 'selling' an experience, a dream and not only a room. Through accurately produced imagery, luxury hotels and resorts can convey a powerful message that remains in the mind of their audience, driving bookings and guaranteeing guest satisfaction.
